Benedict Mutimba

Co-Founder and CEO

Benedict is a multilingual Scrum Master, Business Analyst, and Project Manager with over seven years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. His global perspective is highlighted by his work with prestigious companies including Sanofi, Boehringer Ingelheim GmBH, Bayer Business Services, and Novo Nordisk A/S. He’s currently a Project & Program Manager at the National Research Council of Canada.

Served as a Technical Project Manager and Scrum Master, overseeing technical projects and improving team dynamics.

Led scrum teams to develop mobile applications and streamline lab notebook migrations, reducing product delivery times and enhancing team performance.

Managed global IT projects, boosting patient retention in clinical trials and liaising between business and IT departments.

Claudia Akimana

Co-Founder and CFO

Claudia Akimana is a seasoned Clinical Data Manager with over seven years of experience in the drug development industry. Her career has taken her from France to Denmark and most recently to Canada, showcasing her dedication and adaptability in various international roles. Claudia's expertise and ability to thrive in diverse environments have been crucial to her success.

Currently serves as Clinical Data Science Lead, managing data management activities and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Novo Nordisk, Denmark
Progressed from a data management graduate to a senior clinical trial data manager, leading multiple complex clinical studies.

Began her professional career, establishing a strong foundation in clinical data management.
